On this page, you will be able to access resources that support you to do self-guided learning and/or guided learning with digital navigators to enhance your digital literacy knowledge and skills.
In the Learn on My Own section, you are able to access resources provided by GCF Global regarding six basic digital literacy categories such as computer basics, phones and tablets, communicating online, connecting to the internet, finding jobs online, and using government services. There will be tutorial videos, blurbs, images, and step-by-step instructions that will help you to train yourself on each topic.
In the Guided Learning section, you are able to browse information about our Digital Navigators and how to reach out to them to get specialized support and guidance. As part of the UME Digital Literacy project, our digital navigators are trained and equipped with knowledge and skills to help each and every client who needs technical support.
