Marylanders Online is a free, statewide service that connects Maryland residents with technology and internet support services. Marylanders can connect with a team of specially trained Digital Navigators who can offer FREE computer help and technology support over the phone.
To connect with the Marylanders Online Helpline, call the toll-free number 1-866-206-8467 Monday through Friday, 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. and Saturday 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Digital Navigators can help with:
Digital device support for any hardware and/or software-related issues.
Assistance in getting connected with affordable internet programs
In addition to these online services, Digital Navigators can also connect people to in-person support by linking individuals with local organizations to enroll in digital skills classes, digital device programs, and much more.
Tech support can be offered in English, Spanish, and other languages upon request.
