Marylanders Online is a free, statewide service through the University of Maryland Extension that connects Maryland residents with digital, tech, and internet support services. The Helpline is staffed by a team of trained Digital Navigators who are ready to provide no-cost computer help and technology support over the phone or email.

Support in English and Spanish is available, with translation available in 180+ languages upon request.

Tech Helpline Digital Navigators offer free resources and support for:

Getting on the Internet or finding free Wi-Fi
Finding digital skills classes, training, or self-guided learning tutorials

In addition to these online services, Digital Navigators can also connect people to trainings and services offered by partner organizations local to their community.
