It will "take a village" - as the saying goes - to bridge the digital divide and build an inclusive, equitable digital ecosystem. UME Marylanders Online recognizes that no one organization can provide all the tools and assistance required to foster digital inclusion. This page contains a selectively curated list of organizations and resources external to UME to fill in these gaps. The following resources offer opportunities for digital skills certification and training, and can be used by partners and the general public to build their computer and tech skills. These resources are not maintained by UME Marylanders Online.
