Meinaldo is an undergraduate student in the Computer Technology program in the Department of Technology & Security and a Visual Communication/Digital Media Arts minor at Bowie State University. He is passionate about using his knowledge to reduce the digital divide through the Digital Literacy Program with University of Maryland Extension.
