If you received a Chromebook and need assistance updating its operating system (OS), schedule a free appointment with a Marylanders Online Digital Navigator. Services in English and Spanish are available, with other languages upon request.
In-person appointments will be offered at 8400 Baltimore Avenue Suite 104 in College Park, MD 20740.
Virtual appointments will be held on Google Meet, requiring an external computer and flash drive.
UME Marylanders Online is not responsible for any damage to personal laptops.
