Noah is OATS' Regional Program Manager for Mid-Central, where he is responsible for coordinating with national program leaders and AARP State Offices on the delivery of digital literacy programming through various channels, including in-person and virtual.
He works with an excellent team to provide world-class programming to OATS participants. He loves technology and the ways it can close gaps in society and bring people together. Noah is a Maryland native, born and raised in Howard County. In his personal life, he enjoys building computers, reading, and photography.
