What does this resource cover? 

This is a workshop created by AT&T, Learning Alchemy LLC, Michelle Frisque Consulting Group LLC, and the Public Library Association shared on DigitalLearn.org that will introduce learners to Zoom.

What will community members learn? 

According to the included lesson plan, after learners complete this workshop, they will be able to:

  • Identify how to join a meeting from an invitation,
  • Create a personal Zoom account,
  • Recognize common participant feature,
  • Schedule a Zoom meeting, 
  • Demonstrate confidence in their ability to engage in online meetings. 
  • Use tips for hosting meetings.

How long will this program take?

60-90 minutes.

What materials are needed?

Projector and projection screen, computers with internet access for participants and the instructor, note paper, pens/pencils, handouts.

How many staff are required?

One staff member is required.
