What is this resource? 

This guide created by 2-1-1 Maryland will provide information about different energy and water utility assistance programs you may apply for to get help paying utility bills and avoiding turn-offs. This guide will provide a list of required documents to apply for energy assistance programs or the Fuel Fund and where to apply for each. You can also click links from this page to visit pages of specific programs (e.g., water, gas, etc.).
