This guide will demonstrate how to complete the process of scheduling an appointment online using the myMVA portal. Using myMVA, you’ll be able to schedule appointments for multiple services.
The following guide is aimed at helping you schedule an appointment at a local MVA office online. Most services (except for the Vehicle Emissions Inspection Program (VEIP) Testing, which welcomes walk-ins / allows you to complete the process at a self-service kiosk) will require you to make an appointment or complete an online transaction. MVA representatives won’t be able to serve you in person without an appointment. However, if you need help scheduling your appointment, call the MVA customer support center at 1-800-950-1682.
