Vishnupriya Desa currently serves as the Digital Equity Program Manager for the Maryland Office of Statewide Broadband (OSB). She professional background is in Computer Science & Engineering and has her B.S. in Management of Aging Services from UMBC.
Prior to OSB, Vishnu was a Program Manager with UME Marylanders Online, where she oversaw the launch of the call center helpline. In Baltimore County, Vishnu served as Digital Inclusion Coordinator where she helped close the digital divide by serving the technology needs of older adults. With great enthusiasm, she looks forward to bringing digital equity to Maryland.
