LaKeisha Harris, Ph.D. is the Dean for the School of Graduate Studies at the University of Maryland Eastern Shore, where she has oversight for the university's 33 graduate programs. She also leads the university's Interdisciplinary Research Center which explores research development for faculty and staff. Dr. Harris' previously spent 10 years in the classroom as a professor of Rehabilitation Counseling. Dr. Harris is currently the co-program coordinator for the State Opioid Response project and assists students with faculty with training and development related to substance use and abuse.
