Liz is the Managing Director of Libraries for Digital Equity, a training/resource hub for anyone working to close the digital divide. Previously, Liz worked for the State Library of Utah, where she created one of the nation’s first statewide digital equity plans. Liz loves centering the work of libraries while envisioning a better world. Her focus is on shifting perspectives and developing the confidence of her fellow librarians so they can proudly say “Yes, I’m an expert!” After over a decade, Liz’s work proves that when built on a foundation of library values, it’s possible to develop sustainable ideas and create future-focused solutions.
